June 18 2023, the Shenzhen Merchiston International School (referred to as MIS) M1833 brand launch event and the signing ceremony of The Elephant House in China were held in Shenzhen Bay Sports Center, attracting the attention of experts and scholars in the field of international education and parents of international students.

MUM Foods at University
The university cafeteria in MIS, with the goal of safety, freshness, and nutrition", puts heart into every dining detail when serving teachers and students, allowing them to enjoy pleasant dining experiences with a variety of choices and savor the taste of "MIS University" on their taste buds.
In terms of food safety, MIS university strictly manages according to the "top-tier environmental protection" standards. All ingredients are locally sourced to ensure the "safety on their taste buds" for teachers and students.
For nutritional balance, MIS university boasts a team of chefs with years of experience in five-star hotels from both Western and Chinese culinary traditions. They offer a rotating menu with no less than 26 different options weekly and a minimum of 12 options daily, ensuring that each meal provides at least 8 fusion dishes from different countries and cultures. This allows students to experience the culinary traditions of various nations and civilizations right in the cafeteria.
